Oof
Needs serious reliability improvements.
Yesterday the entire app crashed, leaving paying customers unable to use their subscriptions at all — no washes, no vacuums. While troubleshooting, I deleted and reinstalled the app, and now I’m locked out completely. Their system can’t even recognize my own device, even though I’m the only person in my household with a subscription and I’ve never shared it.
I emailed and called support, but only got voicemail. This is the second time this has happened, and every time you’re forced to wait for someone to call you back just to regain access to something

Great deal for car washing, app leaves much to be desired.
I just want to wash my car!
I don’t need the app to ask me every seven days how I want to rate it and then only give me the options of ‘good’ or ‘great’… I don’t need the app to shut off my music to have some computer voice tell me ‘thank you for using the app to wash my car’, and then somehow disrupt the Bluetooth connection so now all my music skips unless I reset my entire car link…. And I would prefer not to have to push eight different buttons just to engage the wash cycle.

This app is garbage. It takes over your audio when connected to CarPlay, does not allow the user to disable announce notifications, and in general is a non-intuitive waste of storage. But, you can’t do the car wash pass without the app.

Not user friendly
Got a new phone, tried putting my pass on my new phone and it won’t allow it. Deleted it off my old phone, which I gave to my daughter. So I tried putting it back on my original phone so I can use it but it still said it wouldn’t install. Completely worthless if you end up changing phones.

Wanted to love
I wanted to love this app, but it’s been nothing but problems. I keep trying to sign up for the membership and it keeps giving me errors and then said I’ve reached the limit of devices I can upload to, and to reach out to their offices. I have only tried to upload it to my one phone, so it makes no sense, I called their number and for someone to answer for over 10 minutes and no one picked up so I hung up.
With car washes going up, you think it would be a little easier and customer service would be a little better. I spent a bunch of time just trying to pay them to wash my car, and it seems

I needed to change my email on this app so I emailed support and they switched it for me that day. The change logged me out of my rewards on the Holiday Oil app, so I contacted them again and got a prompt reply telling me how to connect my rewards back to my app. Painless and quick!!!

Nothing ever works.
I go to try to get my car washed and for some reason the car wash is broken down or the working on it or it’s closed. Over half the times that I go to vacuum out my car the vacuum is broken the vacuum won’t turn on, it doesn’t work, it’s out of order,. This app has to be one of the most poorly optimized apps I have come across in the App Store. Had to delete the app because it went on a push notification spree. Tried to reinstall and sign into my splash pass account and get a notification I can only install on one device. Yeah, my one device is this device that I was forced to delete. Now I am going to have to call someone somewhere to cancel because I am done with this trash.

Zero customer service
You get locked out of the app if you have the app on more than one device and then you call the support number which is just the store phone number and they are clueless about how to help. They give you an email to send your issue to, but they never respond. I loved using holiday washes prior to this new app, but if I can’t even wash my car due to zero customer support I’m going to cancel my subscription.

User friendly, I can wash all my cars with this one app on my phone. With 50 locations it is very easy to find a wash. Washes are always clean and well maintained. Brush buckets at the entrance to get the hard to clean spots.
