You get locked out of the app if you have the app on more than one device and then you call the support number which is just the store phone number and they are clueless about how to help. They give you an email to send your issue to, but they never respond. I loved using holiday washes prior to this new app, but if I can’t even wash my car due to zero customer support I’m going to cancel my subscription.
