Needs serious reliability improvements. Yesterday the entire app crashed, leaving paying customers unable to use their subscriptions at all — no washes, no vacuums. While troubleshooting, I deleted and reinstalled the app, and now I’m locked out completely. Their system can’t even recognize my own device, even though I’m the only person in my household with a subscription and I’ve never shared it. I emailed and called support, but only got voicemail.
