You can only view or use the app once. When you exit. Initialization before the log in screen is stuck and cannot continue. The only fix is for you to reinstall for it to open. What a useless app.

Crashing App
I honestly like the idea of the Petron Value Card because of the fuel rewards and promos, but the app experience has been very frustrating.
The app keeps crashing, loading endlessly, or showing a black screen whenever I try to verify my account. Because of this, I still can’t complete verification — and unverified users are apparently not eligible for raffle promos, which feels unfair when the issue is clearly on the app’s side.
I’m also seeing many users report the same problems: OTP issues, points not loading, login failures, and verification errors. The app currently has very low ratings

Why does this app need complicated password request, and Two OTP authentication. And all you need to do is redeem points gained from an entirely separate and secure transaction?

I created a profile, but the app didn’t save my gender. When I tried to add my card, it kept telling me to edit my profile first. However, when I went to edit my profile, it wouldn’t let me change or update my gender at all.
So now I’m stuck
I can’t complete my profile, and I can’t add my card either.

Just had the app installed for the 1st time and while getting my ID to register my phone got timed out & locked. Now I am not able to try new registration because when it is the step to input the OTP, I get the password change failed message (I also don’t get the OTP anymore).
