Just had the app installed for the 1st time and while getting my ID to register my phone got timed out & locked. Now I am not able to try new registration because when it is the step to input the OTP, I get the password change failed message (I also don’t get the OTP anymore). Then I also cannot try the forgot password because when I try to use the login account I am registering, it says no user found.
