I honestly like the idea of the Petron Value Card because of the fuel rewards and promos, but the app experience has been very frustrating. The app keeps crashing, loading endlessly, or showing a black screen whenever I try to verify my account. Because of this, I still can’t complete verification — and unverified users are apparently not eligible for raffle promos, which feels unfair when the issue is clearly on the app’s side. I’m also seeing many users report the same problems: OTP issues, points not loading, login failures, and verification errors. The app currently has very low ratings
