Ok so they intend not to give rewards every time you make a payment in a day when I do multiple payments I receive the card refer friend to get rewards 2-3 times which is pretty annoying. Now the worst part is there are hidden charges on mobile recharges, I tried to recharge voice only plan on my jio the price on jio app is 448rs while on navi app it’s 469rs for the same plan of 84 days. Also on other recharge plan they increase the price by 10-20rs. They say no hidden charges but they are scamming us. Be careful guys

Application has lack of issue related to payments/transection

I have to buy digital gold in some days so i just normally checking the price of gold on navi includes all taxes so i have mood swings to buy them because rates will be normal i have opted a UPI method to them but payment will be stuck and i complaint regarding this on navi support i have no proper resolution and they say payment will be refunded in 5-7 days and the transection is still in progress please go deeply in this method and provide me a resolution ~Thanks regards,Digamber customer since 3 yr ago
