Worst experience with the Navi Health insurance
Extremely disappointing experience with Navi Health Insurance. 1. Serious delays in blood sample collection: Despite confirming a specific date multiple times, the blood sample collection agent often arrives 1–2 days late. This shows complete lack of coordination and respect for customers’ time. 2. No chat or in-app support at all: Shockingly, Navi does not provide any chat support. Customers are forced to call customer care only from the registered phone number. This is absurd. If that number is not recharged or unavailable, there is literally no way to contact support.
