The app works smoothly and the overall experience is good. However, one concern is that the UPI ID contains the user’s mobile number. This can create a privacy issue because the number becomes visible to many people or merchants we may not personally know. It would be great if the app provided an option to create or change the UPI ID to something other than the mobile number.
