Garbage Product No Customer Service Phone Number
This is a horrible app! First the camera audio doesn’t always work to hear sound. I’ve even disconnected it and connected it back again and still have audio disruption. I pay monthly for this garbage and have contacted Customer Service numerous of times on different occasions for different technical problems. Rarely do they contact One back. I would not waste my money on this, but I have no choice and use it mostly for motion tracking and that’s only when it works! There are other monitor/camera apps that are better out there! Used to love it
I’ve had Nooie for almost 5 years and at first they were so wonderful, I ended up purchasing 5 between my home and my daughter’s home, but recently, in the last months, I can’t get the live feed to consistently and quickly open up. I get the “Nooie spiral of death”. I can look at historical events, but only on random times am I able to actually open the camera to a live feed. I’m really disappointed. I have made sure I have the updates, reset the cameras, removed and readded the app. Nothing has helped so far.

That said, there’s still a lot to be desired with the Nooie app.
1) When a notification comes through and you click the notification, it takes you to a still image instead of just taking you to a live view. Huge design flaw.
2) probably the biggest downside of this app is the fact that you cannot scroll forward or backwards to view your playbacks - if you’re looking for something that happened during a recording in Playback you have to re-watch the entire footage- highly inconvenient. I’ll change my rating once t

Don’t hate it, but don’t like enough to recommend.
I wouldn’t recommend. I don’t hate it, but I just wouldn’t suggest it nor buy again. We’ve had issues with this camera since day 1. We can have excellent wifi connection and the camera will be stuck on loading. We get consistent sound issues where we get no sound coming out and we have to unplug the whole thing to reset it in order for the volume to work. It’s just not consistent enough for me to have confidence in recommending.

Great buy!
I love the Nooie! I love the fact that I don’t have to purchase a huge subscription in order to have in home security and still have access to my account. It has worked great and I recommend it to my friend and family! You get a memory card and create a log in and voila! It provides up to date notifications and through your camera footage it shows when there was “movement” so you can view it when you’re away and not have to scroll through crazy hours of video. Focusing on monetization instead of user experience.
Camera takes forever on startup and then MAKES LOUD NOISES before connecting, so if your baby is sleeping you better already be plugged in and never ever have a power outage, no options to adjust that. If you change to a different app and return, the feed needs to be exited and re-entered to refresh it. Biggest oversight is lack of PiP support, this is all you get to do on your phone when using this app. At least they’re updating this app to get you to buy a subscription 🤮👎👎👎👎👎

I have to room the app several times when I want to see the camera. It’s has the n loading and doesn’t open. I got it specifically bc it works with Alexa. Alexa takes three or four times to get the camera up and always says she’s having trouble connecting with Nooie. I also don’t like that you can’t have anything up on your phone. Ex: Netflix you can minimize and have on the corner or your screen and open something else. You can’t do that with the app so you can only have the camera up so you can’t use your phone at all.

We’ve had this camera for a year and a half now. It does its job of being a baby monitor well enough. The mounting is simple, the night vision is handy, and it pretty reliable at notifying me when it detects sound (and movement if I turn that setting on.) The app is pretty buggy. There are regular updates that make minor adjustments, but there was a period of time when I was having major issues connecting to Wi-Fi. Honestly not great
There’s a few flaws that lead me to post a 1 star review. The first is that 2 people cannot be on the app at the same time. If my husband wanted to look onto the camera it would immediately log me out. I would look past that if the app itself wasn’t so slow. We pay for really fast internet and even with that I have to completely close out of the camera and reopen it for it to load, every single time. Finally the little pop up adds for their subscription service is really annoying. For the next child we will definitely get a new camera/monitor brand.

Love the baby cams, I’ve been using them for about 5 years now and I love that I can see 4 video feeds at the same time. Only thing I wish is that it would do is PiP so I could still use my phone while having the monitor on. I have separate logins for my phone and iPad (because it’ll kick you off if you use the same login in different devices) so that I can have one propped up while I’m doing stuff since like I said PiP isn’t an option at the moment.

Have used this monitor for going on 3 years now. We have a good connection, but this app has to be refreshed constantly, loses connection, sometimes won’t even load at all. Since yesterday, it’s only connected about 15% of the time. Must be a bad update because it wasn’t quite this bad a few days ago. The motion and sound detection is extremely unreliable—so much so that we had to buy a separate monitor so we could hear if the baby was crying. Now it doesn't load my two plug at all or it takes forever to get recognized (were taking only phone here). Nothings on my end location wifi etc has change one bit. Hate new update
New update no longer takes you to the camera when you try to open the app from a notification. Instead it takes you to the notification log. Loading the camera is now really slow and a lot of the time I have to back out to the home screen refresh then open the camera to get it to work. Previous issue - Sometimes night vision randomly pops off and it’s really difficult to get it back on especially when my baby is asleep and I’m trying not to wake them by standing over them messing with the camera. We've had 4 of these cameras for almost 4 years now we’ve loved it most of the time BUT this last update is trash. I can’t click on the notification to bring me to the camera anymore now it takes me to the motion log. When i go to the app by switching tabs it won’t load the camera I was on, I have to go to my other camera before the one I was on will load. I have been a big fan of this camera and app combo. I have 3 and I’ve recommended it to many friends. But with the new app update that I was forced to make it has been significantly worse. Before the update I was able to use the sound machine on my phone while simultaneously keeping the video running at night to use as a baby monitor. now I cannot have the video running and the sound machine on at the same time. I have several of these cameras. I have had 2 baby monitors (still have them just not in use) 2 security cameras and a door bell camera. They all have great quality and easy to work. The door bell camera was a little difficult. I reached out to the customer service and they did a great job helping me through the steps on getting it working. I love this product and great pricing. The app is easy to work too!

Great quality 360 camera for affordable price
This is a great high quality 360 camera for a very affordable price. Love the image quality on this! Great connectivity to the app. I am a big fan of their ecosystem even when compared to big tech companies' alternatives. The way the cameras can pan and move is unrivaled compared to even their big rival companies. All the Nooie products are great and works without any issues and affordable price. I recommend their products.

Good camera and app when it decides to work
I’m always having issues with the app loading. It often spins for a few minutes before it loads. The latest update just stopped working completely. I share the camera with my husband and he told me the app stopped working this morning. My app was working fine until an hour ago when I installed the latest update. Now I’ll have to delete the app and redownload it and probably have to reset and reconnect the camera again. It’s been several months since I’ve had to do that, so lately it’s improved. But I feel like I have to do this at least once or twice a year
