This is a horrible app! First the camera audio doesn’t always work to hear sound. I’ve even disconnected it and connected it back again and still have audio disruption. I pay monthly for this garbage and have contacted Customer Service numerous of times on different occasions for different technical problems. Rarely do they contact One back. I would not waste my money on this, but I have no choice and use it mostly for motion tracking and that’s only when it works! There are other monitor/camera apps that are better out there! If they would learn to be responsive and emails, I would actually g
