Customer service is great and responsive. Always. Thanks Elijah and Estella. That said, there’s still a lot to be desired with the Nooie app. 1) When a notification comes through and you click the notification, it takes you to a still image instead of just taking you to a live view. Huge design flaw. 2) probably the biggest downside of this app is the fact that you cannot scroll forward or backwards to view your playbacks - if you’re looking for something that happened during a recording in Playback you have to re-watch the entire footage- highly inconvenient.
