They ruined their app
Used to be my favorite platform for trading, but this change is a dealbreaker. Instead of cleaning up clutter or separating gimmicky features, Binance removed real functionality. Losing the ability to set stop loss from positions or by dragging on the chart is a clear downgrade — that was a core risk tool. Now trade management is slower and more complicated for no reason. Better go somewhere else.

Really bad platform all around. Tried to send 1k USDT to a different wallet. Told me I am at risk of being scammed and locked my ability to send payments for 1h. I wait 1h, tells me the same thing and locks the account for 24h. Message support, it’s a chat bot. The bot repeats the same bs over and over. I ask to get transferred to an agent, it tells me „To get transferred to an agent go to the chat and ask to be transferred to an agent.“ Thanks. Rejection for no reason
I keep getting rejected for the KYC although I am following all the requirements when I tried to contact support for help I got surprised as they said they reject me and stop giving support permanently when I keep asking what’s the reason of rejection they simply do not want to respond or give a reason but say we won’t give details unless we get a subpoena which is outrageous all for no reason whatsoever very poor app I would never suggest trading in this platform very poor service

BROKEN Security & 700 AED Loss
I am a KYC-verified user in the UAE. Binance blocked my withdrawal of 8,000 USDT to my own whitelisted Bybit address, falsely claiming it was a "scam address." This is an address I have used many times before! After locking me out for 24 hours with only unhelpful bot support, I was forced to cash out via fiat (AED) just to access my own money. This forced conversion cost me 700 AED in fees. It feels like they block crypto transfers just to force you into expensive fiat withdrawals. I am done with this platform. Be careful UAE users.

There is no transfer to the bank and that gives us a lot of doubt and there is now good customer service at least put for the big investors like me a good customer service sow when I have a problem. It is impossible to withdraw money into UAE bank account or bank card. It is so easy to use your bank card and buy crypto on Binance, but when it comes to withdrawing it is mission impossible. Your UAE customer service is simply unhelpful and unprofessional. They can’t give you a reasonable solution. I was advise to “try and sell my XRP for another crypto currency, and then try and check if I can withdraw into UAE bank account or bank card…” As AED and USD is not supported by Binance for XRP sales. Your customer service also refuses to advise of your office location in UAE.

I have an old account on Binance and I have been trying to change my country of residence for the 3 last consecutive days and it is not working and neither the support can Help you to adjust this option which should be the easiest thing ever to do they are requesting bank statements and electrical bills which will not show the exact location of your stay at all and still it is not working. Even I tried to create a new account with a new email address and it is not working at all so yeah this is binance.

One of the most worst experience of my life I was trying to verify my address from last 3 months but unable to do so than connected with he online chat box to let it be resolved but they just wasted my time and even unable to do so I have multiple CC but this system is not even verifying my address. I make transfer to purchase USDT and time out is 15 mints but after my answer bank name took too much time to send seller bank details and after I make transfer time was out I send proof for transfer but till yet no response also I wanna try to chat customer care center but I am unable to contact. So if timely send me seller details my order was not cancelled. Can’t change my first and last name.
The name in my ID and the name on my credit card are different, the name on my ID is the full name while the name on my card is just first and last name, I tried many ways to fix it ask the ai chat use the support center but it all didn’t work.
