Cash Grabbing Ad Pollution Experience
This used to be a fair and entertaining game in the past. Now it’s polluted with impossible levels to complete within the given turns leading to a poor experience and no chance. And of course, if you have the double blast bombs, etc., with the incorporated ai nonsense, it’s designed to be even more unfair and pointless to even try a Hard or Extreme level and have a chance without adding all three bonus birds and power up sun most cases. Gold being subtracted when challenges are won
I’ve already reported this issue and did receive some gold as compensation, however, upon winning challenges, the gold is not awarded. Several times, I’ve watched my total gold go DOWN by the amount won. Even after reporting this, it’s continued to happen. How much gold have I paid for, with actual money, has been taken away, due to either a programming error or intentionally, hoping no one would notice? This is sketchy. Flaws
I just filed a complaint about how I lost my Super Bomb and lost the round (9627) because the egg got stuck on an angled shelf (toward the floor) and would not drop to the bottom. I went on line and filed the complaint and they emailed me that I needed to file it through the game. Lo and behold, the contact button was missing. Sent in the picture of it missing contact button from the support email. I guess that is one way of not having to make improvements. What complaint? WOW!!!! That is not good customer service. Scammed by this game and their support (non-support)
I contacted game support because some sort of glitch kept my earned points from updating. I submitted a large amount of points in an area called kite festival, and the game didn’t save it, I’d spent a lot of time and unfortunately also money in in-app purchases to get NO help from customer service. They just ignore my explanation of the error their game made and call it “resolved” when it clearly was not resolved. I just wanted the points I earned applied. They aren’t fixing it. This app has a lot of issues with it. There are a lot of levels that really can’t be completed at all even with spending money to provide more moves. It also will reset a level if for some reason you get interrupted like when a call comes in on an iPhone. You end up losing a streak as well as spending a lot of money to regain that streak. I used to love this and have played on and off for years. Recently these levels have become difficult to pass because the egg, or brick, pig, or ice tgat was on the edge doesn't fall and then you're stuck at the drop without it. The last update has pretty much stopped all rewards for watching ads and getting extra lives. Before the update I had a level where I was able to get 35,000 points. You could get a run of extra lives for about five games in a row then a little break then five more chances to get extra lives. Same for rewards that you watch an ad for. I’ve played this game for years, embarrassingly spend a bit of money on it, and have always felt I mostly got a good bang for my buck. Recently, however, it seems as if the developers have done away with the bonus birds that have a certain amount of time attached. I’ve been playing for bout a year or so, and I love the game. No ads it’s almost perfect. Only thing I wish the developers would include is after completing levels we should be able to earn coins for the completion of the levels. Ok folks, I am past level 8000 on this game, I have been playing it more or less daily since the pandemic started. I have spent absolutely no money on it, ever.
