I contacted game support because some sort of glitch kept my earned points from updating. I submitted a large amount of points in an area called kite festival, and the game didn’t save it, I’d spent a lot of time and unfortunately also money in in-app purchases to get NO help from customer service. They just ignore my explanation of the error their game made and call it “resolved” when it clearly was not resolved. I just wanted the points I earned applied. They aren’t fixing it. Then I said I wanted a credit for the in-app purchases I made to get hose points. Customer support isn’t helping me
