Crash Freeze

The app crashes all of the time. It’s slow as can be and actually slows production down. Can’t do multiple stops at once and it’s hard to navigate through different tabs due to the speed. Not to mention there’s not much you can do with the app as customer account screen looks terrible. If the app was like the webpage then it would be significantly better. No updates that make a difference over the 4 years I’ve used it.

We use this app for our routes at the lawn care business I work for, and I must say it’s incredibly slow and unoptimized. Easily adds five minutes to each stop cause it needs to reload each time you clock in or out of a property. Constantly not responsive and logs out the user randomly.

I can’t be more honest when I say this app is not worth it. Take your business elsewhere. This is not convenient for any business and will end up wasting you more time than it saves my logging things manually. They really need to do some heavy maintenance on this app to accommodate for their lack of development.

Honestly it’s awful

This app is overwhelming, bulky, limited in it customization you may want for your companies needs. We went from Field Routes to this app and it’s a total downgrade. If field routes is more expensive it’s because it’s worth it. It’s a far superior app that allows you to tailor it what you want and need. Your employees will gripe at you for weeks trying to figure this mess of an app out.

This app will crash anywhere from 2-10 times a day. I do not see the need for it to lock you out for it to refresh every time you do something in the app, every other app does background refreshing. It is impossible to do anything quickly in the app, it does not feel polished. (Have to tap buttons 3-4 times to select things) It is missing key features I believe any app like this should have. For example, I would like to add personal notes on customer’s accounts that they won’t see right in the app so the next time I visit the property I can see any notes I left for myself. This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever been forced to use. Idea is great execution is awful. Things load over and over again for no reason. If you need to back out of a customer from the address line you can’t. It just forces you to punch something in then crashes. Pen and paper was superior and wasted realistically less paper then this high end paper in the printer. Businesses should really look to something else until they make this better. 2 stars is about right for an average rating.

And of course another price increase with worse customer service. Someone needs to come up with a working software and put this out of business

Not well designed - Crashes non stop

The app is made to be primarily for IOS, so good luck if employees on your team have android. Because a lot of features do not work well such as tracking. The app is always crashing, especially if you are in a lower phone service area. As we all know, maps and google maps are limited in their ability to find certain addresses. It would be nice if there was a way “locate” a certain address on the technicians side of things so they could save difficult customers locations.

Expensive software that never quite works correctly. When they do “maintenance” it messes up something that works at a mediocre level. This app will surely make your staff frustrated. Jobs don’t close out, kicks you off the app, gsp is inaccurate- takes you to the wrong address. List goes on and on. Escalating to management is useless. Questions to support line goes unanswered “it must be a glitch”?!? Very disappointing. Doesn’t deserve 1 star…more like a big fat 0

I highly discourage anyone from getting Real Green or the Mobile Live App. I would not use this app and program if I did not have to. The program is difficult to work through and has many bugs. The app is even worse. It freezes up regularly and is useless to the crew in the field. Always slow to load up. The company should have fixed this years ago. I can’t believe I have to pay for this crap. Bad, bad, bad.

When it works, it’s great

My company uses this app and I personally have been using it for about six months. When the app works, it’s great! But… Most days the app crashes anywhere between 6 to 10 times a day, freezes when loading my remaining customers, and is extremely slow during the initial start up in the morning. If I didn’t have to login to the app half a dozen to a dozen times a day, this app would be fantastic! I shouldn’t have to practically log into the app almost every time I finish with a customer.
