The app is made to be primarily for IOS, so good luck if employees on your team have android. Because a lot of features do not work well such as tracking. The app is always crashing, especially if you are in a lower phone service area. As we all know, maps and google maps are limited in their ability to find certain addresses. It would be nice if there was a way “locate” a certain address on the technicians side of things so they could save difficult customers locations.
