My company uses this app and I personally have been using it for about six months. When the app works, it’s great! But… Most days the app crashes anywhere between 6 to 10 times a day, freezes when loading my remaining customers, and is extremely slow during the initial start up in the morning. If I didn’t have to login to the app half a dozen to a dozen times a day, this app would be fantastic! I shouldn’t have to practically log into the app almost every time I finish with a customer.
