So first i rated it 5 ⭐️ i love toca boca so much and now ive had it for 3/4 years and there’s something that keeps showing and its really bugging me and saying new items available the place where u build houses 🏠 and i also got a add saying that u gave us the bonsai 🏠 but we don’t have it and finally ive been wanting for about a year now i really want 2 houses ( the 5 stars hotel ) and ( the family house i think it is called like that even without furniture i dont care but plz may u im not sure if its called the family house but it is a 2 floor that u can press the button and it becomes 3 f

So i Loveeeee toca boca infact today I actually am going to buy like 3 packs! But there is a problem happening with some people its that you charecters head goes to the neck and it wont have a neck like if u have a adult it would look like a kid and also sometimes some houses reset and stuff like i leave my charecters in a place and when i join back it would be in its old place so just this problem but pls make more free stuff and overall its a awesome game!❤️❤️❤️❤️

Dear toca Boca, when I found out that you guys gave away the hospital for free I was a bit angered because I bought it 2 years ago ;however, when I entered the game you guys took away all of my characters (now I have three instead of thirty) all of my furniture, houses, and buildings when I spent a total of 170$ on this game! I love this game so much. I’ve been playing it since 2019 and I really appreciate it for Toca Boca to put all these free stuff but I’m really angry because in the new update that I was really really really excited for turns out I didn’t get most of the exciting stuff.
