Dear toca Boca, when I found out that you guys gave away the hospital for free I was a bit angered because I bought it 2 years ago ;however, when I entered the game you guys took away all of my characters (now I have three instead of thirty) all of my furniture, houses, and buildings when I spent a total of 170$ on this game! You guys have to fix it because I have been a loyal support for a very long time and this is infuriating because all the things I worked so hard to get disappeared and vanished when I spent a large amount of money on them, please give them back soon.
