Completely Rigged & Glitchy
The game and concept itself is fun. There are so many ads that you spend the equivalent amount of time watching ads as you doing actually playing the game which is disgustingly too many ads. I pay for ad-free and get 5 ‘free plays’ but what’s infuriating is that the “smart match” option is complete garbage and “matches” you with players who have triple+ your stats, so it takes 20 minutes just to find an equivalent player, so I usually don’t even get to use all my free plays bc I don’t have that kind of time to spare - and unused plays don’t carry over to the next day. Game is fun, ad format seems designed to generate accidental clicks
I’m reporting a recurring quality issue with the in‑app advertisements in this game. Many ads use an extremely small or poorly placed close button that is difficult to tap accurately, which frequently causes accidental redirects to the App Store or browser. This feels intentionally designed to generate mis-taps rather than provide a fair user experience. It’s frustrating, interrupts gameplay, and reflects poorly on the app’s overall quality. I’m asking the developer to do the right thing by using ad providers and formats that respect standard UI guidelines and avoid deceptive tap targets. I

Fun and addictive game but awful app
I’ve played this game for years and the app has become an exercise in patience. It has become so glitchy and frustrating. You have to tap everything so many times to get it to work. The lag is borderline ridiculous. I mean half a minute is now common. The ads cover things up. You can’t get out or close the ads half the time, customer service is hardly existent and it’s just become infuriating. One of the most frustrating examples is you can play a daily match to earn coins, you play, then there’s An Ad and your supposed the get 3 coins. As if there weren’t enough ads already, you go and add even more. Now there are multiple ads DURING rounds, so you completely lose your focus and you might forget which words you’ve already played since you have to wait out the 30 seconds for it to continue. And if you’ve selected a time power-up, you’ll still have to deal with a 30-seconds add they’re now tacking on for EVERY MINUTE OF GAME PLAY. I have been playing this game for many years. I enjoy challenging other players, but mostly I am challenging myself. I believe it helps to keep my mind sharp. There has always been the opportunity to buy points to keep playing when you use up your starting points. I never do that. I wait for my points to refill in a couple of hours. Why no notification for your turn?
Very frustrating lately as the game never notifies you when it’s your turn. You have to constantly open the app to check or text your friends that it is their turn. I have contacted technical help through the app and only get canned responses to check this or that. No actual help. I’ve been playing this game for at least 10 years, and still find it challenging. The ads have become so intrusive that I continue to look for an alternative to this game. Boggle has been my favorite pastime for the last 5 years, but for the last few months it’s gotten progressively worse in its functionality. It often takes a good 5 minutes just to load. I don’t have time for that! Sometimes it takes so long that I have to try 3-4 times. Enjoyable
I enjoy playing this game, even though I have some complaints about it. Mainly I wanted to mention an idea that I had for it, and I couldn’t find anywhere on the app to submit feedback! It would be cool if there was a log that kept track of all the words you’d ever found, and if at the end of every round it would tell you if you found any new words during that round! Audio Issues
I’ve tried contacting support about this issue with never any luck. Their customer support solutions need serious help. I like to listen to my own music or an audiobook while playing Boggle. In the latest release they introduced a bug that keeps turning my audio off in the middle of any Boggle game. I’m pretty sure it’s tied to refreshing ads that they’ve now introduced while playing a game. I’ll pause my game, go back to what I was listening to and hit play to resume my audio, then go back to Boggle and resume my game. Only seconds later for Boggle to turn my audio off again. I’ve been playing against a consistent set of friends for years at part of my morning ritual: coffee, cat in lap, Boggle. It’s how I get my brain out of sleep mode. For a few weeks the app would crash after paying a single game but the latest update fixes that so it’s back to normal. Thank you! Unable to play tournaments
Horrible update! I join a tournament and am the only one. After the timer counts down to zero and the “Tournament is about to begin” appears, not even the default Boogle avatar players appear - just stuck in perpetuity. Waited minutes to see if there was a lag. Got tired of waiting for so long and resigned. Tried this in both Classic and Classic Bonus multiple times with the same result. How can you release a version update that creates more performance bugs than fixes then? Another example of developers pushing things down without performing due diligence or beta testing prior to deployment.
