I loved this game until recently. For the past month, it’s said I have an unclaimed prize. When I click on it, it says there’s an error. I’ve reached out to support, and they suggested I try a few things—which I have—but it still is doing the same. I downloaded the update—and it still is acting up. I reached back out today, and they wanted a screenshot. In trying to send a screenshot, it won’t let me. Tonight, it says I won a game that I didn’t even play, and said it was an opponent’s move in three other games that I haven’t played. Shortly after, it started two more games, also stating it’s t
