I’ve tried contacting support about this issue with never any luck. Their customer support solutions need serious help. I like to listen to my own music or an audiobook while playing Boggle. In the latest release they introduced a bug that keeps turning my audio off in the middle of any Boggle game. I’m pretty sure it’s tied to refreshing ads that they’ve now introduced while playing a game. I’ll pause my game, go back to what I was listening to and hit play to resume my audio, then go back to Boggle and resume my game. Only seconds later for Boggle to turn my audio off again. And so it goes.
