slow registration process
Downloaded the app. So far, so good. Then came registration… and the “prove you’re human” captcha. Apparently, the cost for being a human is 43% of your phone battery. By the time I was finally verified, my phone was begging for a charger and I was questioning my own humanity… The other reviews scared me into saving my ticket as a pdf 😬 Update for the developers: completing the CAPTCHA takes 10-15 minutes, not 1-2 seconds as it should. We tried both our 5G internet and the local wifi. This is an issue everyone i was traveling with had, not just me.

Don’t bother getting this.
It requires getting an account to buy a ticket, which is completely unnecessary. But signing up didn’t even work, the confirmation email never showed up. It’s much less trouble to just buy the ticket from the machine and not bother with the app.

Couldn’t even use it
Two days ago I downloaded this app to buy a ticket so I can go back to the city center after a dinner I had in the north of the city. I still haven’t received the confirmation email for the account that was mandatory to buy a ticket with the app. I bought a tent and a sleeping bag and I have been eating off of grocery store sandwiches. My kids are asking me when I’ll come back home. I told them I didn’t get the confirmation email yet.
