Peu fonctionnelle
Cette appli se bloque tout le temps. À chaque fois je suis obligée de la désinstaller et la réinstaller pour pouvoir acheter mes tickets. Je n’ai pas d’explication pour les blocages. Ça se produit n’importe quand. L’appli fonctionne et 5 minutes après elle ne fonctionne plus. Et c’était comme ça tous les jours. J’étais parfois obligée de la désinstaller plusieurs fois avant que ça ne fonctionne.

Venu visiter la ville de Vienne pour un week-end. Nous avons essayé de louer des vélos sur cette application qui vend pourtant des passes week-end. Nous n’avons jamais réussi à débloquer les vélos, aucun service SAV. Bref ne pas télécharger.

Despite spending countless time on the app, it was impossible to input my address and hence I could not purchase any ticket. On top of that, each time you have to buy a ticket for other people you need to provide their name which is really a lengthy process compared to other major cities in the world (Paris, London, New York…). Malgré le temps passé sur l'application, il était impossible de saisir mon adresse et je n'ai donc pas pu acheter de billet. En plus de cela, chaque fois que vous devez acheter un billet pour d'autres personnes, vous devez fournir leur nom, ce qui est vraiment long pa

Représente tout ce qui ne va pas dans les applications
Très difficilement compréhensible, à croire qu’il faut un doctorat pour réserver ses tickets. Quand on arrive enfin au moment de payer après avoir traversé les nombreux labyrinthes de l’application, le paiement est refusé à cause d’une « erreur survenue » et nous ne recevons pas les tickets du coup. Pourquoi faire simple quand on peut faire ultra compliqué hein ? Appli a fuir.

Application inutile
Beaucoup de mal à trouver cette application fonctionnelle. Les designs sont bizarres, dur de s’y retrouver même pour des jeunes personnes habituées à être sur leur téléphone. En plus de cela, il est, pour ma part, impossible de changer de modifier mes informations personnelles, ce qui m’handicape dans l’achat de mes tickets. Il y a également de constants beugs qui rendent l’application inutilisable. Ps: le site web n’est pas mieux, au vu des nombreux dysfonctionnements il faudrait penser à revoir votre code.

Too much pain to only buy 3 tickets… departure station required, your adress and postal code… and then you have to buy ticket one buy one and specify for WHO is the ticket. Seriously… what a better way to encourage people not to pay tickets for transportation.
