Inicié periodo de prueba y cuando intenté cancelar la suscripción, tanto en la app como en la App Store de Apple, me indicaba que no tenía ninguna suscripción activa que cancelar. Acto seguido, me descuentan de mi tarjeta bancaria una suscripción anual. Ocultan maliciosamente la suscripción para no poder cancelarla y cobrar por algo que no quería. Solicité reembolso en Apple y no hubo solución.

No tengo cómo enviar un correo reclamando por el mal funcionamiento de esta app, al grabar se queda pegado hay que estar reiniciando la app, no es mi señal de internet el problema, porque tengo fibra óptica y el plan más caro, trabajo desde casa y sin problemas . Me imagino que el problema es de la app y no me deja entrar a enviar un correo de reclamo ni nada . Creo que será la última vez que renuevo la subscription por el pésimo funcionamiento de Elsa.
