Ich nutze die App nun schon sehr lange und kann sie jedem, der Interesse an seinem Gesundheitszustand hat nur wärmstens empfehlen. Sie bietet wahnsinnig viele Möglichkeiten der Auswertung (deshalb habe ich mir auch sehr schnell ein lebenslanges Abo gesichert). Man gewinnt vertiefte Einblicke in das Thema Schlaf, allgemeines Befinden (Müdigkeit, Fitness…) Auch die genaue Auswertung des Blutdrucks und anderer Parameter. Ich nutze Welltory schon einige Jahre und Bin wirklich begeistert! Inhaltlich wird es kontinuierlich besser. Leider gilt das nicht immer für die technische Umsetzung der App. Hier gab es im Laufe der Jahre immer mal wieder nervige Bugs. Das neuste Update z.B. hat bei mir die Historie für Aktivität durcheinander gebracht. Angeblich habe ich mich die letzten Tage vor dem Update nun gar nicht bewegt – also wirklich 0. Wie im Koma. Seit drm Update werden offenbar auch Bewegungen und Wachphasen im Schlaf nicht mehr erkannt. Ich hätte den Bug gern in der App gemeldet, wie sonst auch, aber leider i

Welltory geht ins genaue Detail mit den messbaren aus HealthKit, aber auch aus eigenen Messungen, sogar eigene Herzschlag-Intervall-Messungen sind möglich durch Nutzung des rückseitigen Blitzers an der Kamera welcher während der Messung einige Sekunden angeschaltet wird und der Kamera die sich direkt unter dem Licht/Blitzer befindet. Dort legt man für c 30 Sekunden seinen Zeigefinger drauf. So wird die Kontraktion & Erweiterung der Kapillargefäße im Finger erkennt und gemessen und von der „KI“ / dem Algorithmus der App interpretiert in sehr genauer tiefe. Leider ist die App nicht komplett auf Deutsch, für den Preis den man jährlich bezahlt wäre das durchaus zu erwarten. Zumindest gibt es eine deutsche Hilfeseite. Was weiterhin sehr schade ist, dass es manchmal recht lange dauert bis eine Apple Watch Messung verfügbar ist. Manchmal geht es aber auch sehr schnell. Es wäre ebenfalls eine tolle Sache, wenn man mit der App auf der AWatch, direkt eine Messung machen könnte, ohne den Umweg über die App Breath… Ansonsten bin ich zufrieden…

Ich finde die App in Aufbau und Struktur spitze. Leider gibt es nur Grundsatzinformationen auf deutsch und nicht die gesamte App. DAS hält mich davon ab die Pro-Version zu kaufen. Denn: ich kann weder die englischen Texte herauskopieren, um diese übersetzen zu lassen, noch gibt es die Möglichkeit, die App auf deutsch umzustellen. Kommt die deutsche Version bin ich mit dabei und kaufe die Pro-Version. Von den Messungen und Inhalten bin ich begeistert. Am Besten gefällt mir der Energie-Level, der bildlich dargestellt wird und in der Regel immer mit meinem eigenen Empfinden überein stimmt. Nervig sind die angezeigten Sonderangebote, selbst wenn man bereits Vollversion-User ist. Was ich nicht verstehe, warum es an manchen Tagen 5-7 Messungen gibt, die von der Apple-Watch automatisch übernommen werden und an anderen Tagen höchstens eine. Welltory stellt viele relevante Daten und Ableitungen daraus übersichtlich dar und gibt Hinweise wie darauf zu reagieren ist. Mit wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten belegt, ist auch alles nachvollziehbar. Mit dem Teil bin ich sehr zufrieden! Aber: jeden Morgen bekommt man 3-4 Push-Benachrichtigungen, wovon eigentlich nur eine relevant ist, wenn überhaupt. Benachrichtigungen sind super, wenn es um wichtige Informationen zum aktuellen Gesundheitstand geht, aber alle anderen sollten bei Bedarf abrufbar sein und einen nicht schon früh morgens belästigen. Sehr umfassendes und gutes Tool. Ein riesiges Manko ist aber der Umstand, dass die Analysen sehr umfangreich und textlastig sind und genau das ist das Problem, denn sie werden ausschließlich in englischer Sprache angeboten. Das mindert den Wert erheblich für nicht native Speaker, denn genau diese Analysen sind teilweise komplex, und wer nicht richtig gutes Englisch spricht hat ein Probleme damit. Schade, denn eine gute Übersetzung ist heute endlich kein Problem mehr.

Zeigt dabei nicht nur sehr viele Werte, sondern auch, was das bedeutet für meine Gesundheit und Leistungsfähigkeit, und auch wie ich mich verbessern kann. Funktioniert toll mit der Apple Watch. Zeigt mir meinen Zustand sehr ausführlich, jedesmal wenn ich mit Breathe/Achtsamkeit 3 Minuten atme. Die Flüssigkeit im Tank ist eine tolle Datenvisualisierung. Die Messungen und Analysen sind erstaunlich akkurat. Letzte Woche hat mich ein Trauerfall sehr mitgenommen, das war direkt sichtbar in allen Ergebnissen. Ich würde mir eine etwas andere Benutzeroberfläche wünschen, bei der ich die Parameter griffbereit habe, die mich am meisten interessieren. Auch würde ich gern den Verlauf über ein paar Wochen oder Monate auf einen Blick sehen können, nicht nur die letzten Tage. Insgesamt finde ich die App sehr gelungen und auch schön anzusehen. An sich find ich die App sehr gut, aber seit dem letzten Update ist sie leider nur noch Russisch (iPhone XS) auch wenn englisch als Sprache ausgewählt ist. 5 Sterne gibts wenn deutsch noch verfügbar wäre. Aber Hauptsache englisch funktioniert wieder, das ist das wichtigste. *nachtrag* Ich kann leider den genannten Chat nicht auswählen, da die App gerade alles auf Russisch anzeigt. Messung funktioniert kaum - bei mir.
Ich hatte wirklich große Hoffnung in diese App, die Idee ist toll, die Umsetzung toll. Aber ich schaffe es wirklich nur in 1/10 Messungen einen Wert von über 80% zu bekommen. (Obwohl ich m.E. nach alles richtig mache) Dementsprechend bin ich - wenn eine Messung dann mal funktioniert - so gestresst von dem Vorgang an sich, dass es wahrscheinlich nichts mehr über mich aussagt. Habe ein iPhone 11 mit einer riesigen Kamera und scheinbar einen viel zu kleinen Finger. Wenn Messungen aus der Apple Watch synchronisiert werden können, bin ich wieder am Start. :)

Endlich mal eine umfassende und hilfreiche Analyse meiner Daten
Von den vielen Datenquellen die es mittlerweile gibt und den damit anfallenden vielfältigen Daten aus Apple Health mal etwas sinnvolles anzufangen- da leistet Welltory einen guten wichtigen und ersten Schritt. Ich sehe noch viel weiteres Potential. Aber die Tipps und Empfehlungen sind bereits sehr hilfreich. Gerade der Stress Level, Energie Level und Produktivität helfen bei der Planung des Tagesablaufs erheblich. Ich benutze einen HRV Monitor von Heart Math dazu. So bekomme ich noch genauere Messungen im Vergleich zur Kamera.
