Second-rate operation
I had my account closed due to inactivity after about 13 months. That seems premature, but it’s fine. There are many, many better rewards options out there. Once my account closed, I was unable to remove my bank information from the app. Customer “service” said this was so they could credit back my points as cash back. I do not have enough points for cash back (less than $1 in value). So they essentially ended our business relationship & they are refusing to delete my bank info. They have access to pull money from my bank account and there is nothing I can do about it. How do I file a
