This app has a lot of concerns and I will start with the most concerning to least. The comments in the articles about any marginalized community, people of color, Hispanic populations, queer people, women, etc, are absolutely disgusting and are so racist, homophobic and transphobic. The comment section on so many news articles are an opportunity for any ignorant and intolerant person to express their disdain for marginalized people and often time express hate-crime and hate-crime adjacent speech.
