They finally got notifications to work which was a problem. I’m sure all the answering service people are great and sweet but the app is horrible. There’s no transcript, no way to listen to first call messages, more than half the time information is wrong, they will have it listed as church is calling when it’s really cemetery and have limited notes so you barley know what you’re calling back for it makes us look unprofessional.
