I had a friend who was training me in My first ever workout in 2016 tell me to download it, I’ve been using it ever since. There’s been improvements since then but I love that you can spend iron points earned on premium features. It’s so much better than my fitness pal who locked the only feature I used for scanning food behind a pay wall without any incentives. JEFIT just keeps improving and I’ll never use another workout app again.
