I use this app pretty regularly and never had a problem, until one night the Wendy’s I ordered from couldn’t complete my order, they were out of multiple things. When I asked them to just cancel the order, they said I had to do it in the app, but I couldn’t find anywhere to do it. The chat feature is nice I was able to get help, except for the fact that it doesn’t automatically give them my details to help find my order, I have to back out of chat, get details and start a new chat from scratch. The customer service person was nice and said I’d get a refund when the franchise issued it. I’l
