Poorly designed, old system that has poor integrations with Google Assistant / Google Home (doesn't work half the time and is really slow and makes you use separate IFTTT system) Get the Somfy Tahoma instead, it supports the same devices like the Somfy Shades and the same Somfy-only radio standard RTS just like Mylink but it's so much easier to use and set up. The problem is many shade installers in the US are not technical and don't have the Somfy Tahoma yet as they are not trained on it. B
