This app is really good and provides a very competitive rates when compared with other providers. But the customer service is very pathetic and not customer centric. They don't mind the customer satisfaction. Here is my experiecne: I am a customer since last 5 years and now my account restricted from transfer due to cancellation of a recent transfer before the funds are deducted from my account. When I approached customer service, they said to upload several documents and I did. I was told that I will receive an email with the details. To my surprise, I recieved the email but asks me to pay $
