I can’t even log in. The only way I can log in is through my desktop computer and by using my membership number. Why doesn’t it recognize my email? It makes no sense. And when I do log in and try to check in, it deletes my entered information. The only way to enter the information is to have it scan your passport. Absolutely awful experience
