Very frustrating experience with the app
I had 2 SoundTouch 10 for a while now (about 3 years). Suddenly, one of them decided to disconnect from the network and until today I haven’t been able to reconnect it (this happened about 4 months ago). I’ve tried every way I found online to try to fix this and couldn’t make it work. I’ve read that the problem is with the iOS app, and when trying to connect the speaker the error message I get is “mobile device can’t find speaker on network”. The speaker works fine with Bluetooth but won’t reconnect to the WiFi network, which is the feature I use the most. So I pretty much stopped using the Bo
