Twice now I have had my money taken and not returned from this app. The first time, the food was never picked up, and never delivered after 2 1/2 hours. We called to confirm we would get a refund. After almost 2 months we can still not get a refund after calling customer service many times. The second time, the food was delivered but they claimed it was not paid for. The driver stood outside with us for 1 hour on the phone with customer service and we had to pay twice, one to the driver and one to this app, or else they would charge the driver. Avoid this application, you will receive no food
