A Scam, do not trust this app
Twice now I have had my money taken and not returned from this app. The first time, the food was never picked up, and never delivered after 2 1/2 hours. We called to confirm we would get a refund. After almost 2 months we can still not get a refund after calling customer service many times. The second time, the food was delivered but they claimed it was not paid for. The driver stood outside with us for 1 hour on the phone with customer service and we had to pay twice, one to the driver and one to this app, or else they would charge the driver. Avoid this application, you will receive no food

Deshonestidad y estafa intencional
El servicio de soporte es deshonesto intencionalmente. Luego de tener suficientes pruebas para confirmar que mi pedido nunca llegó, decidieron ignorar mi evidencia directamente en una llamada telefónica. Y procesar el pedido como completo. Decidieron hacer caso omiso a la misma política que describen en el app. No registren sus tarjetas en el app. No tienen seguridad ni las prácticas adecuadas para procesar pagos en líneas. Si deciden usar este app como último recurso. Porque definitivamente no encontraron otra opción. Paguen en efectivo contra entrega siempre, luego de verificar su pedido.
