Every single time I have used KaKao, I run into the same issue: if I log out, I cannot log back in. I have made two separate accounts and am now locked out of both. I attempted to have the first account terminated so I could remake it properly using my actual phone number, but customer support was completely unhelpful and put me back into the same loop of steps I had already tried multiple times.
