My mother and I travel on this coming Saturday (today is Tuesday), and I went to open the app just to find that they have just 5 days ago, made an update which requires an iOS version update, which my device (and my mother’s) is too old to receive! Meaning I cannot use their app anymore, or have to pay hundreds of dollars to get another device. This is SO incredibly problematic. (Mom is in her 70s and this is an snag that has her distressed.)
