seamless is the worst food delivering app by far. I have ordered on there many times and it’s always the same. The timing is completely off and then when I try to contact support they are no help at all. Then this one time I ordered Italian food and the driver was completely lost and they told me they couldn’t help at all. They also claim to have a rule where if the food gets delivered outside the delivery window then you get a full refund on your food and when I brought this up to them they told me they could give me a five dollar credit.
