Today we used careem to order food and we didn’t get any delivery , we even try to call the driver out his phone not working , for that we reached out to the call center and we faced worse dealing , they said the order delivered but we didn’t receive it I said ! He told me it’s mentioned in the app that it’s delivered , I said it can be mention what ever but if I didn’t receive my order means it’s not delivered. How you identify such matters !!! We ordered and it’s mentioned that delivery after 30 minutes we waited for 1 hour and keep checking the application where it was showing delivery completed and we didn’t receive any thing we tried to call the driver and he side I don’t know then customer service side driver hard to communicate and we will cancel the order in this easy way like we didn’t waste more than one and half hour for our order to come then they cancel it They change our mode to very bad mode due to the unprofessional dealing.
