This is one of the worst apps I have used. Sadly, it’s required for some federal and state services. It. Does work for some of them which is about the only good thing I can say about it. I really hate to say anything negative about the team who created this app, but this app is a pretty sad excuse for an app. I did spend about an hour with it and it truly is abysmal. If you don’t have to use it then use something else. Good idea - very poor execution.
