After using the app for over 2 years with very decent results compared to competition I have been shocked by the following situation. +100 orders Ordered a burger with estimated delivery of 30-40min Put my phone in my pocket Check the phone again and the new delivery time is 127min Contact customer support to cancel the order After over 1h of talking to customer support order cannot be cancelled and I will have to pay in full for and order that I cannot even receive because I cannot wait for so long at the location.
