If I could give no stars I would. We were transferred to NewRez when our previous mortgage company filed bankruptcy. At first no issues and easy to use app. At some point (within the last year. I have delayed writing this review hoping I could eventually get this issue worked out) the app will not allow me to sign in. No matter what I try to do- change my password, call customer service, try the app, or through internet browser- I am “unable to sign in”. I now have to call and use the automated service to make my mortgage payments, and contact customer service to email any tax documents. Seems
