Palmstreet is great in theory but it needs to hold its sellers to a standard. Every seller has policy that says “once the plant leaves my hands the condition it arrives in isn’t my problem”. It’s ludicrous. If you sell a product then you should be held responsible for it arriving intact. I’ve literally had so many sellers send me plants that were clearly dead before they were even shipped and the seller just says “not my problem, check the policy” I’ve lost hundreds of dollars on dead on arriva
