This review is for the plant sales only. I have met so many great small growers on this app through the live sales. And I’ve gotten a lot of great deals as well. I love a good Purge deal! And sometimes you get lucky on the live auctions as well. On top of that, sometimes you can get a Very expensive plant for less if it has cosmetic issues.
I haven’t bought any reptiles or other insects from the site so I cannot comment.

BEWARE of this company, they are unethical and nearly fraudulent. They advertise their referral program, that they do not honor. They then make up some sort of false data that is inaccurate and a completely lie to say that they will not issue the referral credit that is due to you and they've done this to me multiple times. How ever I’ve noticed some LARGE sellers using AI images to sell products instead of just the photo of the product or (preferably to AI) no photo at all. Personally I don’t like AI but I get everyone’s opinions on it are different, however, sellers using it to promote items is so disingenuous. I’ve even seen some of them selling stickers too! I’ve been a shopper on Palmstreet for nearly 3 years and about 6 months ago became a seller. I highly enjoyed the app but recently the scammers have flooded the app and Palmstreet seems to not care. In less than 48 hours I received over 30 bot messages while listing attempting to make payment off platform. Now I have an order that a customer placed that got fully refunded at 5am even though I already shipped it because the account was flagged for fraud. Without my knowledge Palmstreet cancelled

Palmstreet is great in theory but it needs to hold its sellers to a standard. Every seller has policy that says “once the plant leaves my hands the condition it arrives in isn’t my problem”. It’s ludicrous. If you sell a product then you should be held responsible for it arriving intact. The seller gave me incorrect instruction on changing the address, then shipped to the wrong address. I wish that when you purchased something you could click a button and have it added to your collection.
