This is the glitchiest app ever. Seems like it would be some small bank instead of PNC, my small local bank app is 1000x better. On my old phone I literally had to wait 5 minutes for it to load, I would have to keep tapping my phone so it didn’t time out. Also can I say how messed up it is that it gives messages like “sorry external transfer isn’t available now” - like what???? It’s my money but you won’t let me take it out?! Also I had 50k+ in the bank at all times but they wouldn’t let me transfer more than a few thousand ever at one time? They finally corrected whatever that was thankfully,
