If you do get a wrong item you literally need to keep calling and beg them to your item pickup up and returned to the shop. Rafeeq and snunu are much better in this. I order wrong item and after contacting pro support I kept getting the same very standard answer and same false promises with no respect to time. And each agent cares about his rating at the end of the call which my issue was not resolved just false promises ( the shop will contact you, the driver will be assigned in 30 minutes, the issue will be resolved, I escalated to concerned team…) same answers no action.
