Finally decided “enough” & sprung for the monthly fee. Entered the building to see a maze of machines & people. NO ONE (staff) knows what they are doing or how to help you with a machine!! No instructions on treadmill, bicycle, etc. How do l know what to do? I am new to this world. Clerk was absolutely clueless, no help. Your app has multiple ads for things l do not want/need & sissy workouts l’m already past, but app thinks l’m a beginner—ha!
